bulletALICE IN ORCHESTRALIA – We have a print copy in our own shelves of a little book called Alice in Orchestra Land, by Ernest LaPrade, and I was delighted to find the same book online (though with a different title). This is a wonderful resource for learning about the instruments of the orchestra and about musical terms (such as harmonics) in a way even non-musicians can understand. The book is online courtesy of a homeschooling family, and comes with links for further study. (The rest of the website is worth looking at, too).
